Large Victorian Oriental Rosewood Stand
An unusually large mid Victorian carved rosewood oriental plant or lamp table with inset marble top c.1875. Circular form with carved blind fretwork decoration to the outer edge of the surface with inset marble to the centre making an ideal plant, lamp or occasional table. Four superbly detailed carved legs set to the corners with deep jasmine blossom design apron sat in-between. Circular base stretcher to the lower half. Superior quality and condition with no damage or repairs and a rich polish. Measures 27" wide x 27" deep x 23.5" high. Marble inset 16" diameter. Stock number 39...213.
