Large Silver Photo Frame by Mappin and Webb
A top quality silver photo frame with swept arched top by highly regarded maker Mappin & Webb, hallmarked Birmingham 1915. Broad polished silver surround with swept arched top and moulded detail to the edge; the silver face returning around the sides to meet the solid oak back with sturdy easel stand. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Mappin and Webb along with clear hallmarks. Presented in immaculate condition. Takes photograph 5.5" x 7.75". Measures overall 7" wide x 1" deep when flat x 10" high. Stock number 41606.
