A large Regency period timber gilt framed convex mirror with original pediment and apron in superb condition c.1825. Dished circular frame with decorative spheres to the inner edge and reeded ebony... mask to the mirror edge. The original carved pediment to the top with a carved eagle sat to the centre. Matching leaf work apron to the base. Convex mirror glass in excellent condition along with excellent gilt finish to the frame. Presented in superb condition with no losses or damage. Measures 40.5" high including pediment and apron x 24.5" frame width x 2.75"" frame depth x 5.5" deep at eagle pediment. Stock number 40374.
