Large George V Ribbon Border Photo Frame
A large solid silver photo frame with fine crossed ribbon design boarder, hallmarked Birmingham 1917. Polished silver face with double reeded crossed ribbon design boarder to the outer edge, the silver returning around the sides and forming a rebate to hold the solid oak back. Sturdy easel stand allowing the frame to be displayed in portrait or landscape positions. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Edward Mander & Sons, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Takes photo 6" x 8". Measures over all 7" wide x 9" high.
