Large George II Period Oak Drop Leaf Table
A difficult to find large George II eight seat oval gate leg table with original patina c.1740. The planked oval top with moulded edges, sat over a turned leg base with base stretchers and bun feet. Opens out from an oblong table in to a large oval with gate leg to each side to support the surface. Superb original condition with an original patina, seats eight with ease. Very sturdy and useable. Measures closed 66" wide x 27" deep x 31" high. & open 75" long x 66" wide x 31" high. Stock number 37860.
