Large Edwardian Silver Top Ink Well
A large Edwardian cut crystal silver topped desk top ink well, hallmarked Birmingham 1920. The square cur crystal base with chamfered edges and well formed to the interior. Solid silver hinged lid with matching collar and internal rim below, opens with locking hinge to hold the lid in the upright position. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths John Grinsell & Sons along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented in excellent condition with no damage to the glass. Measures 3" wide x 3" deep x 2.75" high. Stock number 40275.
