Large Edwardian Period 'Forecasting' Barometer
A superb large Edwardian period 'Forecasting' barometer c.1900. Unusual engraved silvered dial with weather predictions and pressure readings to the centre plus retailer's name, Clarke & Ainsworth, Blackpool. Polished cast brass bezel with inset bevelled edge glass and centre reading marker. Fine solid mahogany case with a superb patina and inset hanging plate to the back. Presented in immaculate condition, fully serviced and in full working order. Measures 10" diameter x 3" deep. Stock number 40476.
