A large antique polished oak porcelain dial aneroid barometer made by Cartwright of Preston c.1890. Deep solid oak surround with Art Nouveau carved decoration. Porcelain coloured lettering dial, beari...ng the maker's name. Brass bezel surround and thick bevelled edge glass with centre reading marker pointer. Superb colour and patina. Full working order. Measures 11" diameter x 3" deep. Stock number 37187.
