A large late Victorian turned and carved mahogany cased wheel barometer with skeletonised movement c.1890. The broad turned solid mahogany case with a band of carved decoration, skeletonised aneroi...d movement set to the centre surrounded by a porcelain enamel dial. Bevelled edge glass set in a polished brass bezel and centre reading marker sat over the top. An unusually large size, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine and full working order. Measures 13" diameter x 3" deep. Stock number 39047.
