An impressive large pair of Victorian hand painted Satsuma vases in mint condition c.1880. The tall potted vases with slightly bulbous top sections with flared rims above. Superbly hand painted in ...typical Satsuma style in great detail with oriental figures and panels of flowers to the sides, base and rims. The decoration in classical burnt oranges, blues and gilt relief. Each vase signed to the base and presented in perfect unrestored condition. Each measures 16" tall x 5" maximum width. Stock number 39506.
