Impressive George II Burr Walnut London Longcase Clock

An Impressive George II period burr walnut 8 Day longcase clock.c.1730. Brass and silvered dial with a rolling moon to the arched top. Strikes on a bell to the hour. Fruitwood inlay to the arched door case. Blind fretwork and turned pillars to the hood. Original stepped top and side view windows. Made by William Skilkelthorpe of London. Full working order. Superb colour and patina. Stands 95" high. Stock no.29768.
