Immaculate Edwardian Period Silver Square Sovereign Case
An Immaculate Edwardian period solid silver square sovereign case holder. Hallmarked Birmingham 1909. Bears the maker's mark for E J Houlston. Square plain form with no engravings, chamfered edges and hanging loop to the top. Sprung loaded sovereign holder to the interior in unused condition. Clear hallmarks inside, the top button pressing to open the case and clicking firmly together. Measures 1.25" square x 1.75" including loop x 0.5" deep. Stock no.39187.
