GWR Station Masters Clock
A rare and very collectable Victorian Great Western Railway station masters clock C.1900. Brass case with ring loop carrying handle to the top and small turned feet to the base. Porcelain enamel dial bearing the makers name Kay & Co, Paris sat behind bevel edge glass. Original platform escapement movement with 8 day duration, fully overhauled and in working order. Brass removeable dust cover to the rear. The cover, case and movement all stamped with serial number 4568. Superb condition with a deep shine. Measures 3.75" diameter x 2.25" deep x 5.5" high including feet and ring handle. Stock nu...mber 35107.
