Georgian Mahogany Shaftsbury Stick Barometer

A quality George III period mahogany stick barometer with engraved silvered scale and architecture pediment by Grachi of Shaftsbury; fully restored and working c.1810. The slim case with book matched feathered mahogany veneers to the trunk and double box wood banding to the moulded edge. Hinged glazed door to the scale with architectural pediment to the top and turned cistern cover to the base.
