Georgian Edinburgh Silver Wine Funnel Stand
A rare George III period Edinburgh solid silver wine funnel stand, hallmarked Edinburgh 1818. Heavy quality silver with a double lined boarder to the outer edge and swept domed interior form; this allows the funnel to sit in place and to hold any spills of wine. Lined boarder to the outer edge of the underside along with the makers mark for Edinburgh silversmith and flatware maker James McKay. Presented in immaculate condition.
