Georgian Burr Yew High Back Windsor Chair
A superior quality late George III burr yew high back Windsor chair with crinoline stretcher and superb patina c.1820. The burr yew bentwood railed back with burr yew 'Christmas tree' splat to the ...centre. Bentwood arm support with cut out hand grips to the undersides. Moulded figured elm seat with elegant tuned legs supported by a crinoline base stretcher. Superb original colour and patina and presented in excellent original condition, very comfortable and useable. Measures 22" wide x 19" deep x 42.5" high x 17.75" seat height. Stock number 42154.
