George V Solid Silver Magnum Coaster
A difficult to find George V period solid silver magnum bottle coaster, hallmarked Birmingham 1913. The shaped rim with decorative cast rope twist boarder, four decorative shells set to the corners. Bellied form with a turned solid mahogany ring turned base. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths John Grinsell & Sons. Presented in excellent condition with a deep shine and no damage. Measures 6.75" diameter x 2" high. Stock number 37984.
