A George V period solid silver purse with green leather lined interior, hallmarked Birmingham 1912. Formed in classical purse shape with serpentine edges, the sides bowed to give space to the inter...ior. Each side engraved with ribbon and bow floral decoration along with the owners initials. Hanging chain and loop to the top, release button for opening and opens to reveal an immaculate green leather lined interior. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Davis Moss & Co along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented in excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 4" wide x 1.25" deep x 2.5" high. Stock number 40886.
