A George V period solid silver photo frame with broad embossed edge surround, hallmarked Birmingham 1918. The broad polished solid silver surround with embossed lined outer boarder and plain ...polished inner surround. The silver face returning around the sides to meet the solid oak back with sturdy easel stand, can be displayed in portrait or landscape positions. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded Birmingham silversmiths Henry Matthews. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Takes photo 5.5" x 3.5". Frame measures over all 5.5" wide x 7" high. Stock number 38842.
