George V Silver and Tortoise Shell Table Clock
A fine quality George V period solid silver and tortoise shell table clock with Swiss 8 day movement, hallmarked Birmingham 1923. Arched top to the silver framed surround wrapping around to the front to meet the silver decorative inlaid tortoise shell front. Inset with a gilt dial 8 day Swiss time piece. Gilt brass easel stand to the rear and access to adjust the time keeping, inbuilt winder and hands adjuster. Bears the makers mark for Adie Brothers. Fully overhauled movement, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 3.75" wide x 3.25" high x 0.25" deep. Stock number 351...31.
