George V Silver and Tortoise Shell Ring Box
A fine quality George V period solid silver and inlaid tortoise shell oval ring box, hallmarked Birmingham 1924. Sat on small decorative feet the oval form solid silver box with hinged opening top inset with a panel of silver inlaid tortoise shell. Decorative edge to the lid, flange to the front to aid opening, opens to reveal an original velvet lined interior. Bears the makers mark for Adie and Lovekin Ltd. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine, the tortoise shell with good deep colour and polish. Measures 4.75" long x 3" deep x 2" high. Stock number 36496.
