George V Silver and Crystal Match Striker
A George V period ribbed crystal match striker with silver rim in mint condition, hallmarked London 1923. Spherical crystal base with ribbed finish to the exterior for striking the matches against. Hole to the centre with silver rim sat around the outer edge to hold the new matches in place. Bears the makers mark London silversmith Schindler & Co along with clear hallmarks. Presented in immaculate condition. Measures 2.25" maximum width x 2" high. Stock number 42074.
