George V Period Silver Squeeze Tobacco Box
A George V period solid silver squeeze tobacco box. Hallmarked Birmingham 1912. Bears the maker's marks for C. Eden & Co. Circular form with plain casing and rounded edge. The sides squeeze to open the hinged flip top lid. Original gilt lined interior with hand engraving 'Jan 14th 1913' to inside the lid, possibly as a present. Clear hallmarks. Presented in unused immaculate condition. Measures 3" diameter x 1"deep. Stock no.37987.
