George V Period Chinoiserie Cased Wall Clock
A superb Chinoiserie cased 8 day wall clock C.1920. The wide turned timber surround with the original red lacquered chinoiserie finish in excellent condition. Gilt dial to the 8 day English movement with platform escapement, set behind a convex glass set in a polished brass bezel. Bears the makers name to the dial, Smiths Enfield. Fully overhauled movement, presented in excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 8" diameter x 2.25" deep. Stock number 36534.
