George III Walnut Toilet Mirror
A stylish George III period walnut toilet mirror with stepped moulded drawer base c.1760. The moulded frame mirror with original fretted edge pediment to the top, sat in two tapering uprights, brass axe drop fittings supporting the mirror to the sides. The four drawer stepped base with three drawers to the upper layer; each with shaped front. Single moulded front drawer to the lower level, moulded edge base with small bracket feet set to the corners. Figured walnut veneers throughout and original brass knobs and fittings, excellent old mirror glass. Presented in superb condition with a rich co...lour and polish. Measures 14.5" wide x 9" deep at the base x 25" high. Stock number 38008.
