A Top Quality George III period oak and steel bound domed top trunk.c.1810. Original clasps to the front and carry handles to the sides. Maker's label to the interior, James Howden of Edinburgh(w.1771-1810). Brass castors to the base. Superb quality and condition. Measures 30" x 18" x 22"high.
