George III Oak Farmhouse Refectory Table
A George III period oak eight seat farmhouse refectory table with wonderful colour and polish c.1800. Planked top with cleated ends overlapping the base to allow seating at each end as well as the sides. Sat over a moulded top rail with turned legs set to the corners; supporting moulded edge base stretcher. Seats three people to each side with ease and one on each end. Superb original mellow colour and a rich polish. Very sturdy and useable. Measures 79" long x 29" wide x 28.5" high. Stock number 39576.
