George III Country House Silver Table Box
A George III period solid silver country house table box with family crest to the lid, hallmarked London 1812. The heavy quality solid silver box with rounded corners to the edges and embossed rim to the sides; family crest engraved to the centre. Polished sides and base, opens to reveal a clean interior. Bears the makers mark for London silversmith Thomas Whitehead along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Measures 3.5" wide x 2.5" deep x 1.75" high. Stock number 40593.
