An impressive George II period figured walnut chest of drawers with axe drop fittings and bun feet c.1730. Crossbanded top with deep moulded edge sat over a two over three drawer formation, the drawer...s with superb choice cut figured walnut veneers and crossbanded edges, brass axe drop fittings to each; moulded beading to the front frame. Sat on a broad moulded base with stylish bun feet set to the corners. Superb colour with a rich polish, presented in excellent condition. Measures 38" wide x 21" deep x 35" high. Stock number 37411.
