A George II figured oak snap top tripod occasional table with superb original colour and polish C.1740. The circular planked top with moulded edge sat over an elegant turned column, tripod foot bas...e with pad feet. Pegged joints and original hand forged steel securing plate to the base, hinged snap top with original steel clap. Original low proportions and colour with a superb rich patina. Measures 17.75" diameter x 25" high. Stock number 38448.
