George I Period Figured Walnut Inlaid Chest
A superb George I period figured walnut inlaid chest of drawers c.1725. Book matched veneers and fruitwood stringing to the moulded edge top. Two short over three long drawers with matching inlay and walnut veneers. Original brass drop fittings. Double moulded edge trim to the drawers, typical for the period. Polished walnut sides. Standing on turned bun feet. Superb colour and patina. Measures 39" wide x 22.5" deep x 30" high. Stock no. 37075.
