George I Oak Panelled Front Coffer Bach
A George I period oak coffer bach with framed panelled front and single drawer c.1725. Planked top with moulded edge forming the lid, sat over a framed front giving the appearance of four small drawers. The frame with moulded inner edges, the outer rails forming the feet. Each panel with original brass pear drop handle, the lower two panels forming a full width base drawer. Two panel side and panelled back with moulded base rail. The hinged lid with forged iron hinges opening to reveal a clean interior. Superb colour and original patina, presented in excellent original condition.&...nbsp;Measures 28" long x 16" deep x 18" high. Stock number 40700.
