An unusual George I period oak low oval drop leaf table in superb unaltered condition with a wonderful rich colour and original patina c.1725. The solid oak drop leaf occasional table with pl...anked oval top, decorative carved top rail to the sides and barley twist turned legs supported by a stretchered base. The coffee table height top opening to make an oval shaped table with fold out sleepers to the underside to support the leaves. Presented in superb original unaltered condition with a rich polish and colour. Measures 27" wide x 11.5" deep with leaves down or 32.5" deep with leaves up x 20.5" high. Stock number 41983.
