A fine quality antique William & Mary period walnut chest on original single drawer base with bun feet C.1710. Overlapped top with moulded edge, crossbanded top edge with quarter veneered centre. Two over three drawer formation with crossbanded edges and book matched burr veneers. Sat on a moulded broad plinth on an original single drawer base with squat bun feet. Planked oak sides. Pear drop brass fittings and decorative lock escutcheons. Superb colour and original patina. Measures 41" wide x 24" deep x 42" high. Stock number 34484.
