A fine Victorian period silver photo frame with decorative filigree work to the top and oak back, hallmarked London 1897. Plain cast one piece frame returning around the sides. Decorative scroll work filigree top crest. Hallmark to the side for London and makers mark for Goldsmiths & Silversmiths. Solid oak back with sturdy easel stand and matching silver fastening clasps. Takes photo 6" x 8". Measures 8" high x 6" wide x 0.5" deep. SN 33491.
