A Fine Victorian oil on canvas by highly regarded artist, William Mellor(1851-1931). 'On the Llugwy', North Wales. Very well painted with water running over the rocks on a summer's day. Signed to the lower left and inscribed to the back. Set in a good gilt swept frame. Measures 7.5" x 11" canvas and 13.5" x 18"overall.
