Fine Regency Silver Wine Funnel
A fine Regency period solid silver 2 piece wine funnel with matching bowl and funnel in superb condition by Peter Carter, hallmarked London 1829. The bowl with beaded rim to the edge and piercing to the bottom of the bowl forming the strainer. Removable tight fitting spout with reeded decoration to the connector. Bears the makers mark for London silversmith Peter Carter, along with clear matching hallmarks to both sections. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 3" diameter at the bowl tapering to 0.4" at end of spout x 5" long. Stock number 40762.
