Fine Quality Victorian Three Piece Clock Garniture
A fine quality Victorian three piece marble and ormalu mounted clock garniture with Paris made 8 day movement C.1885. The clock with gilt brass framed four glass frame mounted in a shaped moulded edge veined marble base and top supported by ormalu mounted pilasters. Original fine quality patinated bronze lion set to the top. Porcelain dial to the 8 day Paris made movement with gong chiming and mercury compensated pendulum. Matching pair of ormalu mounted vase shaped urns with handles to the sides. Superb condition with the ormalu in excellent condition and the well figured marble with a good ...polish. Full working order, fully serviced. Clock measures 16" high x 12" wide x 6" deep. Each side piece measures 12" high x 4.5" deep x 4.5" wide at the base. Stock Number 36548.
