Fine Quality Victorian Satinwood Needlework Box
A fine quality Victorian satinwood needlework box with original satin lined interior and matching turned and carved bone contents c.1875. The satinwood veneered exterior crossbanded with kingwood and strung with fruitwood, shallow drawer to the base with original silver plated handle. The hinged lid opening to reveal a superb original fitted and pale green silk lined interior. The original turned and carved bone contents including silk barrels, tape measure, lace winder, tapestry clamps, pin cushion, tools etc. The shallow drawer below with matching silk lining for storage of wool...s and patches. The finest quality and presented in immaculate complete condition. Measures 10" wide x 7.5" deep x 4.5" high. Stock number 39077.
