Fine Quality Victorian Burr Walnut Work Table
A fine quality Victorian burr walnut octagonal work table with carved decoration and fitted interior C.1875. The burr veneered hinged opening lid with moulded edge sat over the octagonal base, carved panelled boarder to the top and tapering trumpet design base bellow meeting the decorative carved tripod foot. Quality burr veneers and carved relief throughout. The interior with divisions to the edges for bobbins and needles, work compartment to the centre with removeable cover. Excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 19" wide x 19" deep x 28.5" high. Stock number 36567.
