A fine quality small Persian hand knotted pure wool rug in unusual blue and mauve tones c.1920. The hand knotted close short pile in unusual soft blues, greys and mauves set against a cream ground.... Medallion to the centre surrounded by floral decoration. Broad border to the edge with pink background and geometric bands sat either side. Presented in excellent ware and stain free used condition, newly cleaned ready for use.
