A fine quality Edwardian engraved silver table top snuff box with tortoise shell base to the interior, hallmarked Birmingham 1906. Engraved top with slightly raised rim to the top edges, flange to ...the front edge to aid opening and polished sides and underside. The hinged lid opening to reveal a a gilt lined interior with unusual tortoise shell linings to the base. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded silversmiths Walker & Hall along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 2" wide x 1.5" deep x 0.75" high. Stock number 41102.
