Fine Quality Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Mantel Clock
A fine quality Edwardian petal shaped case inlaid mahogany cased mantel clock with French movement c.1890. The fine quality solid mahogany case with petal shaped top section, slender waist and moulded plinth foot with small polished brass bun feet below. The front of the case inlaid with fruitwood in the Art Nouveau style. Paris made 8 day movement with platform escapement sat behind a porcelain dial with bevelled edge glass mounted in a polished brass bezel over the top. Fully overhauled and working, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 10" high x 6" maximum width ...x 3.5" deep. Stock number 39027.
