Fine Quality Campaign Barometer and Stand
A fine quality brass cased campaign barometer sat in a superb rosewood stand c.1880. The 3" diameter brass cased barometer with engraved silvered scale and adjustable compensating outer scale, remote adjuster to the top and locking nut to the front. Sat in a superb rosewood stand inlaid with brass inlay, matching brass plinth and feet to the base. Bears a later presentation inscription to the dial. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine, full working order. Measures 8" wide x 7.5" high x 2" deep. Barometer diameter 3.25". Stock number CS61.
