Fine Quality Antique Gilt Brass and Oak Barometer
A fine quality Victorian antique gilt brass trimmed oak aneroid barometer with Paris made movement c.1890. The shaped solid oak case with ebonised edge and turned surround to the barometer. Decorative cast gilded brass overlay to the front, the porcelain dial barometer mounted to the centre with matching gilt overlay to the dial centre, sat behind bevel edge glass with a polished brass bezel and centre reading marker. Fully restored and working, finest quality. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 8" wide x 12" high x 2.5" maximum depth. Stock number 36537.
