Fine George III Period Flame Mahogany Bureau Bookcase
A Fine George III Period antique flame mahogany bureau bookcase of small proportions.c.1780. Fall front bureau with a well fitted interior. Satin ash centre cupboard flanked by small drawers crossbanded in satinwood. Brown leather inset writing surface. Four long drawers with brass fittings to the base, standing on bracket feet. Astrayal glazed top with adjustable book shelves to the interior. Blind fretwork decoration to the cornice top. Superb colour, patina and condition. Measures only 36"wide x 18.5"deep x 82"high.
