Fine George II Period Figured Walnut Chest on Stand
A Fine George II period antique figured walnut chest on stand.c.1730. Book matched veneers and herringbone crossbanding drawer fronts. Reeded canted corners and moulded cornice to the top. Sat on the original three drawer stand with shaped apron below. Standing on cabriole legs. Original brass fittings. Superb colour, patina and condition. Measures 42" x 23"deep x 65.5"high.
