Fine George II Period Figured Walnut Chest on Stand
A Fine George II period figured walnut chest on stand c.1730. Two short over three long drawers to the moulded cornice top. Book matched veneers and fruitwood cross banding to the drawer fronts, canted reeded corners. Sat on the original cabriole leg base. Shaped apron to the underside of one short and two deep drawers. Superb colour and patina. Measures 41" wide x 21" deep x 65.5" high. Stock no. 37029.
