Fabulous Large 19th Century Pheasant Bronze

A Fabulous Large 19th Century Bronze by renowned Paris sculptor, Auguste Cain*(1821-94). 'Cock pheasant and hen watching over the nest'. Signed to the lower right.c.1880. Foundry maker Susse Freres*. Superb colour and patination. Largest piece known by this sculptor. Measures 36" x 13" x 24"high.
