Engraved Silver Vesta and Snuff Box
An unusual fine quality Victorian engraved silver two compartment vesta and snuff box, hallmarked Birmingham 1863. Oblong form with rounded corners for comfort in the pocket, both sides sharply engraved with a scroll work leaf design, match striker set to on side. The twin hinged lid with two compartments below, the larger for vestas and the smaller for snuff. The lids opening to reveal a clean interior. Bears the makers mark for Hilliard & Thomason. Presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Measures 2.25" long x 1" wide x 0.4" deep. Stock number 38043.
